There was a problem with a garage door opener as it was making a loud grinding noise. The door was moving very slowly and in a twitchy motion.

Upon opening the box they detected that the motor gear inside the opener was grinding and defective and so they replaced it with a new opener gear. They lubricated the gear and tested the entire system in the end. When everything was working perfectly the motor gear could produce the required horsepower.
